If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment — no questions asked. We believe in the quality of our content and stand behind it 100%.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:

2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these simple steps to initiate your refund request:

  1. Contact Support Email us at support@ edulearnportal.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Course Name]".
  2. Provide Order Details Include your registered email address, course name, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Review Process Our team will review your request within 2 business days and verify eligibility based on our policy.
  4. Refund Processed Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, the timeline for receiving the funds depends on your payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Wallet (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1–3 business days
  • Platform Wallet Credit: Instant (if you choose wallet credit instead of original method)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly excluded from our refund guarantee:

  • Courses where certificate has already been issued
  • Courses that have been fully completed
  • Subscription or membership plan fees (after 7 days)
  • Live session recordings already accessed more than 3 times
  • Any downloadable course materials already downloaded
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day window
  • Duplicate purchase refunds (contact us immediately)

5. Course Transfers & Exchanges

As an alternative to a refund, we offer course transfers. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. To request a transfer, contact our support team.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of access to all purchased courses.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email us and we will resolve it within 2 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Purchases made before a policy change will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
